Since 2019, the 4R ecosystem has been an open innovation platform transforming Finland’s systemic plastics challenges into growth opportunities. Working across circular packaging, technical plastics & composites, and textiles, it has mobilised 600 organisations and built a €195M RDI project pipeline driving circular and bio-based solutions.
